If someone is interested in becoming a Travel Counsellor, their first interaction will be with the Franchise Recruitment Team. They’ll nurture prospective business owners through the joining process, helping them to ensure it’s the right decision for them. Our recruitment process is a two-way thing – we need to confident that we’re right for them, as much as they’re right for us.
When a new Travel Counsellor comes on board, it’s then over to our dedicated Training team who will guide them through the induction and onboarding programme (which is tailored to their level of prior experience in the travel industry), getting them set for success.
