We don’t believe in long, drawn-out hiring processes. We also recognise that you need to be sure we’re the right fit for you, as much as you’re the right fit for us.
Our simple, three-stage interview process ensures a seamless journey from your application. Read on to learn more.

The application process
Application
Once you’ve submitted your application, it’ll be reviewed by our Talent Acquisition Team and the Hiring Manager. We aim to do this within 48 hours.
If we think your skills and experience are what we’re looking for, we’ll invite you to a 30-45 minute video interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team. This will also involve completing a simple behavioural assessment in advance of the interview.
First Stage Interview
Second Stage Interview
If your first interview has been successful, you’ll be invited to a one-hour, face-to-face interview with the Hiring Manager and another colleague from the department. This will be competency-based, with a deep-dive into your CV and experience.
The last step in the process is a final-stage interview with a Director or Executive Colleague. This is usually conducted via videocall and is a chance for our senior leaders to get to know you a bit better, and provide further insight into the role. Depending on the role you’re applying for, you might be asked to complete a task ahead of this interview.

Offer of Employment
Congratulations! If you successfully complete all three interviews to a satisfactory standard, a member of the Talent Acquisition Team will be in touch to extend an offer of employment. Once you’ve accepted, the onboarding process will begin. Welcome to Travel Counsellors!
