About the Role
This is a hands-on, future-focused role for someone who lives and breathes social media. You will both lead and do — shaping strategy and future-facing innovation, while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver content, manage platforms, and drive daily execution.
You’ll be responsible for reimagining and elevating Travel Counsellors’ social media presence across multiple audiences — including premium leisure customers, corporate clients, prospective franchisees, and our global colleague community. From crafting engaging posts to defining our AI-enhanced content strategy, you’ll turn social into a performance channel and a brand-building engine.
This role is as much about enabling others as it is about execution. You’ll empower our 2,000+ Travel Counsellors with tools, content, and coaching to show up confidently on social — amplifying our brand through a distributed, trusted network.
