About the Role
As Graphic Designer, you will be part of our busy Marketing team, reporting to our Design Studio Manager. This is a midweight role, ideally suited to someone with 4–5 years’ experience gained across a mix of in-house and creative agency environments.
You will work collaboratively across the business to deliver high-quality creative assets at pace, bringing fresh ideas while remaining comfortable with shifting priorities. The role requires strong attention to detail, a premium design sensibility, and the ability to work confidently across digital and print channels. Experience within luxury or premium brands, travel brands, or a demonstrable passion for travel is highly desirable.

Principal Accountabilities
Creation of high-quality artwork across digital and print channels to support the needs of a global business
Collaborate closely with marketing and commercial teams to produce creative campaign assets and content in multiple formats, including digital publishing platforms
Design and development of social media assets, including static imagery, short-form video, and simple motion content
Management and maintenance of brand assets including imagery, supplier content, and logos
Creation and evolution of artwork templates and materials aligned to a premium brand aesthetic
Event branding support, producing collateral, event materials, and theming for internal and external events
Support ongoing development and consistency of brand guidelines across all outputs
Required Experience
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design, typography, layout, brand application, and creative thinking
