About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious, relationship-focused Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Sales Executive to support the growth of our Travel Counsellors network across the Republic of Ireland. This role combines recruitment, candidate management and digital engagement, with responsibility for identifying, attracting and converting high-calibre travel professionals and entrepreneurs into successful business owners.
The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment journey, delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial enquiry through to business set-up. They will use AI, automation and recruitment technologies to enhance sourcing, talent mapping, CRM and pipeline management, communications, scheduling, reporting and personalised candidate engagement, streamlining administration while creating more time for meaningful relationship-building and informed franchise conversations.
This is a full-time role, however part-time would be considered depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sales
Manage incoming enquiries and proactively generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, events, and targeted outreach with support of our marketing team.
Conduct discovery calls and interviews with prospective candidates to assess suitability, motivation, and business potential.
Present the opportunity, business model, earning potential, training programmes, and support structure to prospective Travel Counsellors
Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Achieve agreed recruitment and conversion targets.
Candidate Management
Screen and qualify candidates against franchise criteria.
Maintain accurate records of candidate activity within the CRM system.
Prepare candidate recommendations and reports for management review.
Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company standards and data protection regulations.
Business Development
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote the opportunity.
Build relationships with travel professionals, business owners, and individuals seeking self-employment opportunities.
Support marketing campaigns aimed at generating enquiries.
Work closely with recruitment support, training, operations, and marketing teams in the wider business, both in Cork and our overseas offices.
Skills & Experience
Essential
· Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or account management.
· Prior experience using one or multiple AI technologies in the recruitment lifecycle
· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, both online and face to face.
Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to influence and engage prospective business owners.
Proven ability to manage multiple candidates and opportunities simultaneously.
Experience working towards targets and KPIs.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Desirable but not essential as comprehensive training is provided
Knowledge of franchising or franchise recruitment.
Experience recruiting business owners, consultants, or independent contractors.
Experience within the travel industry would be an asset.
